I just wanted to update you on where I am health and fitness-wise lately.
I mentioned in my post yesterday that I'm down another two pounds, and at a total of 18 pounds lost since the beginning of Summer.
The majority of that weight has been lost by simple healthier and cleaner eating.
But, I wouldn't have started doing that better if it weren't for my AdvoCare cleanse. If you want more info on that you can email me:

I had to stop doing the 30 day squat challenge a couple weeks ago because I hurt my back. I'm still doing squats pretty much everyday though, just not as many as the hundreds per day that are on the challenge!
The power of a squat for my body is amazing. I feel like my legs are leaner, my inner thigh fat is getting smaller, and what I (un)lovingly call "my woman" (lower abdomen) is getting smaller!
I'm fitting into my clothes better and some I don't even need to unzip- they just fall off! (Heeey) actually, one dress that was supposedly my size and never zipped up, I can fully zip-up now!!!
My shirts are also fitting looser. I'm just on the cusp of fitting into that next size down in shirts and pants and that excites me!
If I were dedicating more time to working out, I'm sure by next week I would be in that smaller size, honestly.
That's why I'm so excited for Jacquelyn and my, Move it! Challenge beginning next Monday! I can't believe it's almost here! We've worked pretty hard collaborating and bringing this together because we love motivating each other and want to share that love and motivate others!
The goal is to get moving and try to do our workout at least 4 times a week, more if you can ;) it's up to you!
The workouts will be different each week and so you should get a good mix of different exercises to keep you going with no plateauing!
Keep in mind you should consult your health care provider before starting any new workouts or activities. We are not fitness experts, we just love how awesome it makes us feel!
